Scott is a retired Air Force fighter pilot with 25 years of service, where he attained the rank of Colonel and led large, complex organizations both in combat and in peacetime. He has successfully commanded at the squadron, group, and wing levels. Additionally, Scott served as an instructor at the prestigious U.S. Air Force Fighter Weapons School (TOP GUN).

Shawn is a retired Air Force 1-Star General with 30 years of experience, education, and expertise leading organizations and developing teams in high-stakes and high-demand environments across the globe.

Lamont is a performance-driven leader and combat veteran with over 25 years’ experience in the security and defense, sports management, military consulting, and medical supplies industries.

Lauren is a 3-time Olympian who has taken her lessons from the athletic field into the business world to earn success in a new industry. She was a member of the U.S. Women’s National Field Hockey Team from 2005-2016 where she competed in the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympic Games. She captained the team from 2011 - 2016 until she retired after the Rio Olympic Games.

Mike completed a 20-year career as a Navy SEAL leading high performing teams in dynamic environments. He began his leadership journey just after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, garnering experience from the battlefields of the Middle East to the jungles of the Pacific. Throughout his military career he was mentored by some of America’s finest leaders which helped develop his own unique style

Kim Campbell is a retired Air Force Colonel who served in the Air Force for over 24 years as a fighter pilot and senior military leader. She has flown 1,800 hours in the A-10 Warthog, including more than 100 combat missions protecting troops on the ground in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2003, Kim was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism after successfully recovering her battle-damaged airplane after an intense close air support mission in Baghdad.

Bryan is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served nearly seven years as an infantry officer. He is a senior executive with decades of servant leadership experience. He has developed keen operational, financial, and governance skills, insights, and firsthand knowledge of the functions and processes that make teams and businesses work.

Adam spent 14 years in leadership roles as a Navy SEAL where he attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander, including assignments as Platoon Commander, Operations Officer, and Executive Officer. After the Navy, he worked at executive levels in the automotive industry and finance. In 2017, the governor of Michigan appointed him to the Veterans Facilities’ Board of Managers where he served for 2.5 years.

Having most recently served as Vice President at General Motors, Jeff had a career that spanned over four decades. Jeff is known for being a transformational leader with deep experience and a strong record of achieving superior results in dynamic and challenging environments. He has been consistently recognized for building and leveraging strong cross-functional teams united in pursuit of a shared vision to achieve key objectives.

Jason is a highly experienced and sought-after leadership coach, facilitator, writer, and speaker. Prior to joining Victory Strategies, he served over 25 years in the Air Force, retiring with the rank of Colonel.

Chad retired from the U.S. Navy in February 2019 after serving 26 years as a fighter pilot. He has over 15 years of senior executive experience leading complex and diverse organizations in high stress environments. He provided problem solving leadership in high reliability organizations amidst undefined and ambiguous environments with a proven record of achieving the highest levels of safety, productivity, and efficiency.
